Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush, London W12

This is a period property constructed on the turn of the last century having been converted to provide eight units, located on the first, second and third floors with a loft conversion. The residential conversion was only partly completed by the previous contractor, so the challenge was to estimate what the remaining works to complete the M&E and Building Works. 

We instructed Richard Abbott from Pope Building Services Consulting Engineers to provide a detailed report of the outstanding services installation.

A Schedule of Works for outstanding Mechanical Engineering and Building Works was provided and put out to tender.
